Dior SPF Sunscreen/Primer

A friend gave me a gift card to Sephora for my birthday (so awesome!!!!) and I have been searching for a good sunscreen that doesn't make you too white for a while now. I have a lot of freckles on my face that I have gotten darker over the years (due to sun exposure) as well as a sun spot that developed a few summers ago. Terrified of making it darker I stayed out of the sun as much as possible this summer and wore a hat as much as possible. However, I didn't want to be worried all the time I was out so I went hunting for sunscreens that would look good under my makeup.

I lady at Sephora introduced me into the Dior skincare line and it wasn't really for the sunscreen but for related skin issues (like lightening my dark spot) and she gave me tons of samples! Everything I have tried is amazing, I'm a little sad that it is all on a higher price point but I used the gift card to get the sunscreen. Sunscreen is super important even in the winter too.

Dior SPF Capture Totale Sunscreen/Review

On the skin it is minimally pink, as you can tell from the bottle. It is slightly thick as it goes onto the skin and is very much like sunscreen in that sense. However, what I noticed considerably is that it makes my makeup last SOO much longer. I was impressed. All summer I had been looking at setting sprays when I really didn't need them, just this primer!

In addition to that, I have dry skin, but this made my skin look very nice and glowy as I wore my makeup. For me this is so nice! Usually my skin dries the longer I wear makeup and it gets flakey, but not since I've gotten this. I am SO happy to have finally found a produce that does more than just what it says on the bottle: SPF, Keeps the makeup on longer, and produces dewy skin!

The price point isn't that horrible. It's $65 but a little goes a long way so I will probably have the bottle for a long time. Also, the bottle is adorable and classy.

If you can, try and get a sample cause it is amazing!!!
